CJC Filter - Is the Filter Element You Use Really Qualified?
Bowey replaces CJC filter element is a filter used to filter hydraulic oil and lubricating oil. It can handle 2 to more than 200,000 liters of waste oil, and the filtered oil will help extend the life of the machine and also help reduce your production costs.

Dirt containment is the amount of dirt that remains in the filter element when saturation pressure is reached. This is measured by weight or volume. How much oil contamination the filter element can retain is of paramount importance to operating costs over time. Most conventional crimped pressure filter cartridges may retain less than a few hundred grams (< 0.2 pounds) of dirt and may not be costly to replace. However, if you calculate the cost of removing 1 kg or 1 lb of oil contamination, the cost of these conventional pressure filter cartridges suddenly appears very high.
A high-quality cellulose offline filter cartridge can retain up to a few thousand grams per pound of dirt, so even though the purchase price is a little higher, however, the computational cost of removing a kilogram or a pound of pollution is much lower than that of a crimped pressure filter element, and therefore the life cycle cost is lower.
