OPERATIING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Setup – Place the unit on a flat, level surface. The pump suction height must not exceed 1.5 meters.
2. Connections – Do not reverse the inlet and outlet. Check all connections for tightness before use.
3. Prohibited use – Do not filter gasoline.
4. Pressure – Replace the fine filter element when the pressure gauge reaches 0.35 MPa.
5. Operation steps
Open both ball valves (located at the inlet and outlet) before connecting hoses.
Connect the inlet and outlet hoses to the external oil source.
Plug in the power.
Press start and check pump rotation. If wrong, stop immediately and swap two power phases.
Press "ON" to begin circulation and filtration.
When finished, press "OFF", then close both ball valves to prevent residual oil from draining.
6. Filter element maintenance
Cleaning (suction filter only) – Clean every 150 hours (approx. one week of continuous operation).
Replacement (fine filter) – Replace when pressure ≥ 0.35 MPa.
Replacement procedure – Open the drain valve to empty all oil. Loosen the bolts and remove the top cover. Replace the old element with a new one. Reinstall the cover and tighten the bolts securely.
