Bowey PCHG Series Gas Filter-Separator Cartridges

Bowey PCHG Series filter elements are ideal for removing deformable and shear sensitive contaminants from natural gas streams. The elements are designed to fit PECO 75 Series and 85 Series vessels, as well as a variety of competitor filter separator vessels. Their synthetic construction makes them an environmentally friendly product and an excellent upgrade to traditional fiberglass filter elements.

Bowey PCHG Series filter elements provide increased flow, improved efficiency, and effective contaminant removal. This means longer life, fewer replacements, less maintenance, and lower costs. Bowey's unique manufacturing process is used to create unique depth filter elements. Engineered filter media is thermally bonded, spirally layered to fit and overlap the previous layer, creating a tapered spiral structure. This filter structure creates a gradient density pattern that provides excellent flow paths in the radial, axial, and spiral directions. This tortuous flow path allows for high contaminant loading, high structural strength, maximum efficiency, and superior overall filtration performance.
