Bowey Nitrogen Dehydration Oil Filter Purifier
Bowey Nitrogen Dehydration Oil Filter Purifier is a fully integrated, portable fire-resistant oil filtration and dehydration system. It consists of two parts. The first part is a precision fire-resistant oil filter, which filters and purifies particulate impurities in the fire-resistant oil. The second part is a nitrogen dehydration unit connected to the fire-resistant oil tank, which removes moisture from the fire-resistant oil. Both units have independent electrical control systems, piping systems, sensor systems, and filtration systems. Both units operate independently and do not interfere with each other. Bowey Nitrogen Dehydration Oil Filter Purifier is equipped with its own motor pump set to power the integrated stainless steel precision filter (filter rating 1 micron) featuring a differential pressure alarm for element replacement. It utilizes dry nitrogen generated from compressed air to achieve dehydration by displacing moisture and oxygen in the fire-resistant oil tank, thereby preventing oxidation and moisture ingress while allowing existing oil moisture to diffuse into the nitrogen and be vented out. The unit includes a power switch for motor operation control.

Dehydration and purification unit mainly consists of the following parts (Note: This unit does not include an air compressor; an external compressed air supply is required).

✔ Air Compressor: Primarily used to increase the pressure of the raw material air, providing a stable pressure air source for pressure swing adsorption (PSA) nitrogen generation.
✔ Three-Stage Filter: A three-stage filter (Class C, Class T, Class A) is installed on the pipeline where compressed air enters the adsorption tower to thoroughly remove oil, water, and suspended solid particles from the compressed air entering the adsorption tower.
✔ Nitrogen Generator: The two towers work alternately to produce nitrogen.
✔ Nitrogen Storage Tank: Serves as a nitrogen buffer and for replenishing nitrogen during pressure equalization between the two towers.
