Overview

Bowey ZU-H, QU-H series filters are installed on the pressure pipeline of the hydraulic system to filter out mechanical impurities mixed in the hydraulic oil and colloids, asphalt, carbon slag, etc. produced by chemical changes in the hydraulic oil itself, so as to prevent the occurrence of faults such as valve core jamming, throttling orifice gaps and damping holes, and excessive wear of hydraulic components. The filter has good filtering effect and high precision, but it is difficult to clean after clogging, and the filter element must be replaced.The filter is equipped with a pressure difference signaling device. When the filter element is contaminated and blocked to the pressure difference of the inlet and outlet oil ports of 0.35MPa, a switch signal is issued, and the filter element is replaced at this time to achieve the purpose of protecting the system safety.
