Overview

Bowey Ion exchange resin is a synthetic material in the shape of rice grains with a stable physical and chemical structure. Different types of resins can be selected: weak base anion resin is used to reduce the acid value of EH oil, strong acid cation resin filter element (used to remove metal ions in EH oil to increase resistivity). Weak base anion resin has a permanent alkaline functional group, can react with acid, and has a good adsorption effect. Ion exchange resin acid removal filter element is a new generation of acid removal filter element produced by our company. It is used in the power industry and has achieved very good results in reducing the acid value of fire-resistant oil and increasing oil resistance.

1. Acid removal filter ion exchange resin filter product features: All stainless steel structure, working pressure can reach 1.0 MPa, will not break, will not cause pollution; The acid removal ability is strong, 700% higher than diatomaceous earth, 250% higher than activated alumina and modified alumina.Spherical ion exchange resin is used, the particles are uniform and will not leak, and will not cause particle pollution to the fuel.

3. Acid removal filter solves the problem: Phosphate anti-fuel is widely used in high-parameter generator sets and other industrial fields. It is a synthetic liquid based on aromatic/alkyl phosphate esters, with extremely good lubrication, anti-oxidation, flame retardant and other properties. However, when there is a trace amount of water, the oil is easy to decompose under high temperature operation. The reaction often starts from the breaking of P-O bonds or C-O bonds, and forms products such as phosphoric acid, monovalent esters and divalent esters. These products are strong acids, which will further aggravate the decomposition of grease and deteriorate the acid value of the oil. Oil with high acid value will corrode hydraulic equipment, precipitate impurities, cause servo valves to get stuck, and cause the adjustment system to fail.
