The Function And Working Principle Of The Outer & Inner Cores Of Hydraulic Filter Elements
Hydraulic oil filter elements have cores, which are generally divided into inner core hydraulic filter elements, outer core hydraulic filter elements and inner & outer core hydraulic filter elements. So what are the working principles of these filter elements with different structures?
Filter Elements With Inner Core
The first is the inner core filter elements, which works on the principle of pressurized filtration. The flow direction of the filter medium is from outside to inside, and the inner core of the filter element bears the pressure in the working environment, thereby ensuring the stable operation of the filter element during operation.
Filter Elements With Outer Core
The second is the outer core filter elements, which works on the principle of pressurized filtration. The flow direction of the filter medium is exactly the opposite of the inner core filter element, which is from inside to outside, and the outer core bears the pressure during operation.
Filter Elements With Outer & Inner Core
There is also an inner & outer core hydraulic filter elements, whose filter medium flow direction is possible in both directions. The role of another layer of core is to reinforce the filter element. When the equipment stops running or just starts, the filter medium will flow back, which will produce reverse pressure on the filter element. At this time, another layer of core can protect the filter element, thereby protecting the life and quality of the overall oil filter element.
