The phenolic resin fiber filter element is made of fiber, with adhesive, curing agent and stabilizer added and sintered at high temperature. It realizes a gradually tight structure, uniform micropore size and high porosity structure, so that larger particles are captured on the surface of the filter element and small particles are captured in the deeper part, thereby increasing the interception capacity and service life. The processing technology is used to add grooves on the surface of the filter element, thereby expanding the effective filtration area (filtration efficiency 99.9%).
