Today's pursuit of cleaner fuels, lubricants and hydraulic fluids. Cleaner fluids mean less wear on moving parts, higher performance and less downtime. Cleaner fuel means less wear on injectors, which reduces the potential for increased fuel consumption, idle creep and lubricating oil dilution.

One way to achieve cleaner fluids is to use more efficient filters.By improving the filter element's filtration accuracy, the fluid will be cleaner. High Pressure Filter Elements

Coalescing separation filter element

After the oil flows into the coalescing separator, it first flows through the coalescing filter element, which removes solid impurities and coalesces extremely small water droplets into larger water droplets. The water droplets can be separated from the oil by their own weight and settled in the sump. Then the oil flows through the separation filter element. Because the separation filter element has good lipophilic and hydrophobic properties, it further separates the water, and the clean and water-free oil flows out of the coalescing separator.
